Netherby School

Netherby School has been involved in a few maths programme initiatives over the years. We have been pleased with different aspects of each programme we had looked at, but never the entire package until we started on our Numicon journey. We are pleased to implement Numicon that engages children with materials that just make such good common sense to both teachers and children. The programme is logical, well resourced, clear and allows for teaching breadth in a school wide sequential way. We are seeing rapid improvement in teacher pedagogy and children's learning outcomes. At this stage we are more than happy and recommend the programme to any prospective school searching for the right maths programme.
