Numicon class kits are designed for 3-7 year olds in mainstream classrooms. The three kits each contain sufficient materials for demonstration, display, and a focus teaching group of up to six children.
The teaching programme is designed to be followed step by step and is shown on illustrated easy-to-follow Activity Cards.
The cards are accompanied by an Activity Card Index, Activity Card Summary, Order for Teaching the Activities, Photocopy Masters used in some of the activities, and a Teaching Guide explaining the key mathematical ideas. Kits 1 and 2 also include an Assessment Booklet.
